I retained this company for services regarding real estate transactions and property management. at one point I had three properties rented out with this company and had purchased the three properties through this company. one of the properties had a leak the property management company sent out their contractors and they broke holes all over the house but were unable to find the leak. I was also charged for work that never needed to be done they blamed the leak on a washing machine eventually I sent out my own contractor who located the leak and it was a very simple issue with the shower it needed some caulking. at this point I decided it was time to sell the house. I paid for the repairs to fix all the holes that were caused by the management company. at the time the tenants were vacating I told the property manager allan lovinger to not clean the carpet because I was planning on replacing it he went ahead and had his crew clean the carpet that I was going to replace it anyways with the tenant first and last and deposit money. he also lost or misplaced the keys to this property and the other two properties. I contacted the broker Bradford Roberts and he never got back to me. I would not recommend this company. there were many other problems I could go on forever describing the issues. I think the message is clear do not do business with TR Realty or Bradford Roberts or Allan Lovinger.

Our Experience

OWNER/LANDLORD - Manage your own property or do extensive research to find a good property manager.  This is very important since it's your home, you can print out your own lease/rental agreement and manage your property yourself because good business calls for good relationships.  TENANTS - As soon as you feel like you're being pushed/bullied into a contract, get out.  If they're willing to show this work ethic early on, they could possibly be building themselves up to screw you later and keep rolling.  REVIEW -I hate having to leave a bad review but I feel obligated since I don't want anyone to go through the same experience.  My husband is in the Military and we were interested in a rental property that

Allan Lovinger had under his listing.  We currently live in Texas and came down on orders 60 days prior to our report date, location North Las Vegas.  First experience, I call the listing agent contact information and they gave me his cell phone number and told me to contact him that way.   We have a home that we manage, and we know that the credit report/score and work history is very important to ensure one can pay rent and is reliable.  So, I contact him and let him know that we have excellent credit and when we can do a showing (cousin & sister would do it for us since they live in area).  He texts me back saying that he does not do showings.  He never gave me a number on who to contact, nothing.

So Red Flag went up, I informed my husband and he said, I will take care of it.  He sends contact information and the showing agent seemed alright, so we moved forward.  Cousin & sister approved showing so we did everything online since we are not there in person.  Turned in application and the next day Allan sends us an email saying we are approved and asked if we are still interested.  We respond with "Yes" then move forward.  Several Red Flags went up from there, on an application you need to put your move-in date, not only was the move-in date listed on application, but it was also in both messages from me and my husband when we request a showing.  He asked us for the move-in date a day or two after we

were approved and when we sent him the date he responded saying that he cannot hold for a month and that he could do two weeks at the most.  So, I told him that we wouldn't be able to move-in then but go ahead and prorate (we were willing to pay two-weeks before we moved there to hold the house for us).  I email him to confirm prorated days to start the process of e-signing documents on a Wednesday and he tells us he won't be able to send documents until Friday evening or Saturday.  We did not get it until Sunday at 11:46 pm so we didn't see it until Monday morning because we were asleep.  We were already questioning moving forward.   We are busy with 3 young kids, packing, work, etc... we

didn't get to it.  Wednesday morning, he tells us that if we don't sign documents he will list house again because many people are interested.  We go over and sign documents that night, which going through documents I could immediately sense that they cover themselves and will burn others over money.  RICHES = RELATIONSHIPS.  Increase profit comes from resources/good relationships.  My husband informs him that he needs to redo his name in contract because it's spelled wrong and he emails my husband back saying he will not redo the entire paperwork.  That's when we decided to research the company and individual reviews and we were disappointed with reading what others went through.  We

decided that we did not want to be in a contract with this company and individual.

Yelp, Trulia, Zillow and Google can be purchased by TR Realty and Allan Lovinger to wash away the negative truths, but eventually your coworkers and associates/partners will get tired of your antics and "ethics" and abandon you Bradford and Allan. You two will wither and fade while continuing to conceal the truth with the proceeds from your own greed, arrogance and pride. Remember the customer is King, without them and a team that believes in you there can be no success.
