TracFone Minutes deducted regardless of phone usage San Diego California Nationwide

We have had Tracfone for years and have never experienced missing minutes unless you run out of time without adding any but you aren't near that.

Try makeing absolutely certain that the phone is completey shut off for a few days and see if the minutes still disappear.

I have see situation where some app does an automatic update or EMail updates or something like that. I don't know if those apps can actually turn the phone on and/or off without intervention.

This may help figure out what's happening.   That would be annoying.
