Trackmartians Recordings Top Notch Recordings, Ejay Jones Stole paid in Cash Recording session, refuses to give session for personal reasons. Studio City California

On September 19th of 2014, I went to trackmartians to hava a 3 hour session with Ejay Jones for a song I wrote, created and made the melody to as well brought the music. My appointment was for 1-3 pm and had to wait for more than an hour to get started because Ejay Jones decided to handle personal situations in between my recording time as well was waiting for another person to record even though I requested him for this particular session via text to his assistant.

I was waiting in the waiting area for more tjan30 mins till his girlfriend came to tell me to wait 5 more minutes which led to an another 20 mins. I then decided to go to the Atm next door since I had to wait longer to then wait another 30 mins to be let back in. To then wait for another 15 minutes to finally be able to entert the recording studio. To then have to wait for his intern to arrive on his behalf yhough he was requested so in the mean time he distracted me eith conversation till then. Once his intern arrived around 3 is when I was able to record. He stated that I will be paying 80 dollars for the session with a payment of 20 an hour for singwriting assistance. Because he was in a rush to see another studio and tend to his girlfriend who is also his artist... He charged me 60 instead because he did not do a writing session as primised. After the recording session of 2 hours I was told by Ejay Jones that my recording will be done in 5 to 7 days which led into 3 weeks and probably longer if I did not contact him via Instagram  about my music  and it  was partially ready by October 8, 2014.

That is when he decided to charge me another familiar charge of 80 dollars again for mixing services he did not explain nor have in writing nor did he discuss it during or before the session. He then said that the mixing rate depends on how long it takes and is charged after in which he did not discuss with me at all hence if he did I would have paid it the same day I paid for my recording session. He then told me that I will not receive the music I paid for until I pay him 80 dollars for a mix that was not discussed nor in writing. I then asked him simply for my pro-tools session in which I paid for and he also refused to give me that as well.

His advertisements on his instragram, twitter and website is illegitimate and does not state there is a charge for mixing which should be brought to the attention of clients prior to recording not 3 weeks later, he as well advertised free mastering which is not true hence  I have not received s master of my recording. Though he said he will give me the master on the house via email after I told him everything he did wrong. His intention is to take my music and pass it on to his girlfriend/artist Anjaleia McDonald for her music career which I find awfully talentless of them to steal someone else's work for the benefit of someone else who already has the advantage of attaining her own music hence her boyfriend who is Ejay Jones is the engineer who also claims to be an engineer for Atlantic Records and it has been proven false. It is his ploy to bring artist in.
