The reason they denied me was because I did not use their web site accountverification@tradeking .com. Now, The reason I did not use accountverification@tradeking.com and attach the info needed is because this web site does not exist as far as I could see.
I spent an hour trying to find this website, nothing. I faxed the info three time's on 9-23-12 and checked my fax machine, all three went through. I emailed this info as an attachment to their email denying me two times today and have been put on ignore so far.
Now, everything I have stated is my opinion and only my opinion. When a company treats it's customers in this fashion I would say there's a fox in the chicken coop's and to use caution when dealing with them.
