Again, I write to speak to all! It has been brought to my attention through heresay that Options / Trans Continental Talent now asks all of its Scouts to sign notices of confidentiality. The reason I bring this out to the forum is because there seems to be an awful lot of employees and/or independent contrators who have been sending mail into the reports stating that they are forbidden to say anything, yet they seek assistance.

First, if you are in a situation where you have to sign a "NO TELL" agreement, what exactly is the company doing? Sure there are 'trade secrets' However, I do not know of any which truly warrant a signed letter stating that you should not give them away. It is not as if Scouting is a field of top secret mechanics!

Furthermore, IF it is TRUE that you are signing such an agreement then find out that you are in a bad situation, why are you not getting out? Signing such an agreement does not obligate you to see illegal activities such as fraud and not tell. I do believe that no one is protected from conspiracy if they knew it was occuring! SO, if you have indeed signed this sort of 'gag order', and you see something illegal you are obligated under law to speak out! Not doing so and being caught can get your name added to the list of those who will be answering for their actions down the line!

On the other hand if you are speaking lies to this forum then shame on you... such e-mails have been discovered to be coming from the same location and it has been suspected that there may be one individual pretending to be several employees of the company. You will not be addressed from this point forward. I would name you here, however, I will let you wonder if you have been found out or not! No, I am not simply trying to bait anyone. I am simply stating that if you are attempting to spoil this forum, you may answer to another down the line!

There are those out there who have been injured and there will be more until the deceptions and corruption is halted!

AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE, SPEAK THE TRUTH AND ONLY THE TRUTH.
Or do not speak at all! Thank you!
