i also have to report ripoff. TQL sucks!
i book a load with broker paul wyche to load on 11/10/2014 in chicago,il and deliver on 11/12/2014 in alachua,fl he insist the app. is for 11:00 on 11/12/2014 even send me email with conformation#
when the truck check in on 11/12/14 it turn out the app is for 11/16/2014 at19:00 !!!
when i call himm he said no no no i will fix this....
after several calls every day he fix nothing
truck had to wait till sunday at 19h to get unloaded wich cost me loss of revenue for the week
not to mention i had to cancel his prebooked loads
paul lied to me for a week and refused to pay me the lay over
i file claim this morning with his bond
long story short dont work with tql
they lie alot !!! thy rip you off they will not pay you
