TRANSCARRIERS, INC. ........ LEARN THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY ! Memphis Tennessee

...Some trucking companies are worse than others, but a company called TRANSCARRIERS of memphis, tennessee is the worst of them all.

.......To best describe TRANSCARRIERS,........they are a little of j.b. hunt, swift, cr england, schneider national, covenant, martin transport......all combined in one little inbred "hillbilly" loser company!!

......Of course many truck drivers know of TRANSCARRIERS, they have become famous as the little J.B. HUNT{they have only 250 trucks} .....and when I tell drivers that I work for TRANSCARRIERS, ....they give me that horrific look like they stepped in a big pile of dog sh*t!
....Yes, they have 250 crappy, rusted volvos and peterbuilts, that move slower than a ten speed bike!
Transcarriers is a very bad managed operation ......from the top is JERRY POUNDERS.....the so-called president [ he should be working at mcdonalds]].
BRIAN MCGEE, another incompetent manager, [ his last job was at burger king]. .....followed by several incompetent dispatchers, who know nothing of mapping or geography and have never been outside of memphis ,tennessee...no I am not kidding!!

.......The safety department is a real joke , ....it consists of a safety director named GABRIEL PRECIADO, a mexican, ......who I believe should be working at taco bell. MR. PRECIADO spends most of his time chain smoking in front of the drivers lounge with his ugly daughter[ JESSICA PRECIADO] who also works in the office. He cares and knows little about safety, but surely gives long speaches at orientations...then goes and hides in his office he shares with his assistant of safety,...her name is KATHY WARD .....a butt -ugly pencil pusher.
....I would have no trust for any of these people , as they are deceptive and evil.

....What I have experienced at TRANSCARRIERS, is that they are a privately owned company, that abuses drivers , ..for example they will not pay for deadhead miles or detention pay , or any reimbursements, such as cat scales.

......Drivers beware, you will not make any money with this company, they make you pay for tolls and give you at the most 600-1000 miles a week, ...I am not kidding about this!!

..Also, when I was employed at this company ,many drivers cars were vandalized and stolen from the drivers parking area.......this is shameful!!

...PRISCILLA WALTON is the payroll clerk. I would say she is a compulsive liar who will certainly screw up your paycheck and she may forget to pay you !!. The company had a drivers prepaid legal plan that most drivers signed up for , and Because of her incompetence, she never deducted the weekly dues from their check and they were left without the protection of prepaid legal , so if they recieved a ticket they would not be covered by the plan!! .....She is a negro woman in her early 30s, who should be making pancakes at truckstops!!

...Eva jones, is the personnel woman who also gives long deceptive speaches in orientation ......like her son is a preacher and all that bull, and pretends she cares about drivers needs , she is a real phony!!

.......And finally to best describe my given dispatcher.....he resembles the little negro boy WEBSTER, from that T.V. show. I believe he is a cross between webster and gary coleman......I am not kidding he is a 40 year old negro who is 5 feet tall ,and who brags about dispatching at Swift where he got his training. ....He cannot dispatch for his life!!!!
...Transcarriers phony motto is ..stop job hopping, as they advertise on their website,....but many drivers hop away fast from this company!!

...... To tell you the truth , I would surely stay away from this company.....please do it for yourself!!
