I was called by a nice older woman with questions about if I were interested in selling some land that I own in Florida, when I said yes she politly asked if her Agent could call me, I said Yes!  Shawn Kane called me right back and was a high pressureing slaesman who said he had a Wealthy Developer buying up lots in Citruis County for future sights to develop.  He said, they had lots of money and would pay much more than the property was valued at.  He gave me a very high number which was the "carrot that dangled" in front of me.  I fell for it hook line and sinker giving him my credit card #..

I signed the elctronic form he sent me, printed it for my files and it was a go!  He said the transaction would not go through for a week and I knew my credit card was expiring in 2 days so I felt safe to do research on the company.  I could not find anything against them, and my greed was in growing by the day in full gear.  After a week of not hearing from anyone, Shawn called me and said the office went to put through the credit card # and the $998.00 chargewould not go through,  I told him it expired.  In reading the contract I signed it clearly says' By law, you may give witten notice of cancellation within 7 days from reciept of services and recieve a full refund.

It also says; Transfer my land will "market your land" at your desired price for 6 months and guarantees to "market for an additional 12 months" if not sold. There was no wealthy customer..I was being taken to the cleaners.  Everyone in my family was telling me I was being ripped off, but my greed got in the way of clear thinking.  On the 7th day when he called, I did try  asking more questions to continue the sale, Shawn Kane got very insulting then hung up on me.  He called back and gave it one last push, but once he saw that I was wanting to continue the sale but with no credit card #...he got unbelievable ugy.

An honest company would never treat a new customer badly.  They would answer all the questions, not twist your words to make you sound wrong.  I am getting lawyers leaving me E-mails about case#...could be a coincidence but I think they may have seen my acitivty with TML and see I might be in trouble.  Now I am sure there was no wealty developer saying he wanted my land.  If you want to sell your land, go to a Real Estate Broker who is legal.  This firm clearly claims they are not going to sell you land, because they are just an advertising firm.
