Potential hires beware transportation one is just a hustle. They will grossly oversell you on the opportunity, company growth, ect... saying things like "we have more business than we know what to do with"; however, this couldn't be farther from the truth. The company is poorly managed and the commision plans are either non-existent or unattainable. The fact that they have been in business for nearly three years and have 100% turnover says it all. Transportation one will never be more than a basement brokerage. Its a total hustle and even if your desperate for a job look elsewhere.
