Travelers Insurance - Consumer County Mutual Insurance Company A hit and run victmin Dallas Texas

Consumer County Mutual Insurance Company aka Travelers Insurance is not an honest comapny. I was a victmin of a hit and run driver insraured by this company but they refused to pay over and over again based on a faulty and incompetent investigation dening I was hit by their senile customer driver that hit my car in a parking lot (CVS) and went inside the store like nothing had happened. Their insured was asked by me to present documents for insurance purposes, she simple fled the scene of accident, which is  crime in Texas. I immediately called the police and filed a report. I was lucky enough to have time to take pictures of the damages and plate number of the hit and run driver. Traveler insurance wasted my time making me go to an inspection just to give me a bunch of excuses not to pay what they are supposed to pay. Their allegations are just  stated, they never gave me a chance to defend myself and prove they are liable. They simply say the damages don't match which which is basically a lie and can be rebutted easily if I can be given a chance. I have filled several reports with federal and state agencies. They are addamant in denying the claim. Consumer beware... Victmis of Hit And Run accidents involving Travelers beware. They will do whatever they can to deny your claim. Even if you are minding your own business and some of they customers visibly not able to drive a vehicle hit your car and flee the scene of the accident and your were there inside the car and saw everything happening, they will come up with empty excuses.

This company is not professional, this company is dishonest and shouldn't be in the insutrance business. Insurance involves risk but they don't seem to care about victmins or somebody else's loss. There are plenty of good companies around that will act differently. I hope the reader never has do deal with this company. The only way to stop abuses like this is pressure from consumers, filing reports, writing letters to our law makers, otherwise they will continue to abuse people. They are abbeting a Hit and run driver, they ignored the police report, they are irresponsible, they are dening a to pay for something I was at no fault, I was parked when this old woman hit my car and now my car is damaged and unfixed. Shame on this company, hope voter's power can put a stop on insurance abuse and they will stop doing whatever they want because they law favors them.
