company said place was in walking distance to beach but was not.said was on intercostal water way way it was a fresh water pond called and complained on they took all money out of my account on the spot went to there meeting and was set away was 1 min late.

When booking for discounted vacation offers that require attendance of the timeshare presentation, you receive substantial discount of what the regular rate is. Attendance of the presentation is mandatory. As all of the Terms and Conditions state: failure to attend the presentation will result in charges equal to regular rack rate. In this case the presentation was scheduled for the day after the arrival. Guest called the tour desk to reschedule the presentation for the day before departure. All of the confirmation correspondence we sent instructs guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately since guest had arrived after the presentation started, they were not able to tour. Guest had also refused to have the presentation rescheduled. We do not have a record of any complaints from the guest regarding the quality of the accommodations provided till after they stayed in the condo for 2 nights and after they realized they missed the tour appointment. If any of our guest are ever unhappy about the accommodations, we make every attempt to fix it, not bill extra. The only reason this guest was charged additional fee was that they did not fulfill their obligation to attend the required presentation, therefore regular rate was applied.
