Several months ago I was diagnosed with Tinitus, a rare form of moderate hearing loss, associated with a constant ringing in the ears. My doctor said that there is no cure, but only medications that provide temporary relif. With that I searched for such medications that were available over the counter. What I found was Ring Stop.

Ring Stop is an all natural product that is supposed to temporaily reieive the symptoms of Tinitus. So I sent in for a "free" trial of Ring Stop from Tree House Marketing.

First they billed me $19.90 for shipping, which I paid promptly and did not take notice of. After receiving Ring Stop several days later an accompanying letter said I had 30 days to try the product, risk free, and if I did not like the product I could send it back within 37 days with no added cost to me. However If I liked the product I would be billed $199.95 on my credit card. So I tried the product.

Unfortunately it did not work. In fact it made things worse. Rather than reducing the ringing in my ears it kept it at a constant level, rather than changing throught the day. So after taking the pills for about 2 weeks I stoped taking them and sent them back.

I shipped the product UPS ground knowing that they would arrive well within the trial period, which they did. Several days later I got a call from Tree House Marketing asking why I sent the medication back. I told them what happened to me, then I asked if I would still be charged for the medication. They replied "NO" and assured me that I would not be charged, and I left it at that, this happened in mid May.

In July I received my credit card bill for June and right there was a charge of $199.95 for Ring Stop. Immediatly I called Tree House Marketing customer support and talked with Charmaine. She had no answer as to why I was charged, but said I could fax her a copy of my credit card statement and she would straighten matters up. After giving me her fax number I went to the local bank and had a copy of my bill faxed over to her.

Several days later I called to follow up on the progress of my refund. Again I got Charmaine, and she stated that she had received the copy of my bill and that I should receive my refund check for $199.95 with in a few weeks.

I waited a whole month, it was now August, and still no check. I tried calling customer service again, but this time all I got was a busy signal. I called back every few days since then but all I get is a busy signal.

What a crooked company. A bunch of thieves is all they are. I encourage anyone who reads this to tell everyone they know about what a scam Tree House Marketing is, and to not buy anything from them at all.
