Trent Richardson of Rich Surrey Lasnd Ltd., and Surrey Storage is a theif, a liar, a tax cheat and a fraud artist.

Trent Richardson claims he is a real estate "mentor", and advertises for would-be investors to pay him fees for his mentoring services. He charges up to $10,000.00 for his service to genuine people who are looking for legitimate real estate business opportunities. Unfortunately, Trent is not one of them; all he offers is knowledge and information readily available from any experienced realtor, and even online. Often he will offer to go into a real estate transaction with someone, providing THEY put uip the cash, PLUS their credit!

Trent does almost all his dealings in cash, and thus neither declares, nor pays taxes on his earnings. He has been audited twice br Revenue Canada and will likely be again. He operates a storage facility in Surrey, but does not have either a business license or permit to operate it legally and is currently being evicted from the property for those reasons.

Trent was fired from the Vancouver firefighters for stealing, and then lied about it even after being caught. He then fraudulently claimed that he had divorced his wife in order to be receive his pension, however he never left her and still lives with his wife and family in Surrey.

All in all, this is a guy you don't wanna do business with!
