Trent Richardson is a scumbag pervert.
I had the unfortunate experience of having to rent a room from him for a while, and on several occassions I caught him sniffing my dirty underwear. When I would go outside, I would have to walk through his office, and he would always comment on how he wanted to see me naked. I've caught him watching porn lots of times, and there's no crime in that, but he always tries to come across like he's some great hero family man. He only hires women that will wear short skirts and tease; yuk.
Oh ya, he got fired from the firefighters for stealing, and then he tried to cover it it by lying about it, but he got fired anyway. Then, he ripped off his pension fund by "divorcing" his wife so he could collect it, even tho they continued/still live together.
He also rips people off by trying to suck them into his real estate scams. And he doesn't declare or pay taxes, does everything in cash (or tries to). Trent is a lying cheating theiving back-stabber who will talk nice to your face, but curse you behind your back.
