we contracted mr.joseph demitor to repave and stripe our 5900sq/ft for parking lot for $7,965 and a deposit of $1000 every thing was ok at the start he started to clean the parking lot then he came to us and told us due to weather he going to have to set another date to finish the work so we said ok no problem so when the weather was good he told us he needed a few more days of good weather so we told him ok we understad just give us an exact date that the work was going to be completed on because we had a dead line by the state to repair the lot so he did when the day came he did not show up we called him over and over when he did answer he told us he did not have the machines to do the job and he will not be completing the job and that he no longer had the deposit and will not be able to return the money so do what you got to do but were not geting are money back and hung up on me and no longer answers his phone so now am out $1000 joseph demitor owner of tri star sealcoating and paving big time scamer

mr.joseph demitor has agreed to give us are money back he has paid $200 back and made a comitment to pay the rest in 10days we are very happy to hear back from the company.and hopefully everything will work out
