I also purchased a vehicle thru roadloans.com. aka Triad Finacial. Vehicle was repossesed while I was in the hospital after suffering a stroke.

No letter of intent to sell just a notice that the vehicle was sold for 1/2 the paid price 6 months after I purchased it. I paid $15,000.00 Triad sold it 6 months later for 7,500.00.

I want in on this class action suit if someone will please contact me. (email deleted - see beow)

Question for Angie

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 22, 2006

Angie, how will you be able to contact us regarding the class action since this site does not allow posting of personal information? I ask because I certainly would like to be a part of this but am somewhat worried that we will be unable to "cross paths"

Help is coming

AUTHOR: Angie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 17, 2006

Don, there is action in the works as I write this. Right now, we are gathering victims' info and such. I am not a lawyer, but just another victim of this company. The more information I have the better off we will be. I have been in contact with a class action law firm in California and we are working on this. Please be patient and soon we will all get our justice. I hope this is of some comfort to you knowing it's being worked on. Hang in there.
