Tricked out custom cycles Steve K Very poor/bad customer service Warminster Pennsylvania

This is about an online auction on ebay, exhange of stock swingarm with already chromed one Steve had at trickedoutcycles. I wasn't ripped off but i am very disappointed with how they treat ''so called customers.'' I had been calling his shop for several months without any problems until i purchased the item. We both agreed that it was faster or convinient to do this transaction on the phone than  to go through ebay especially when it comes back to refunding my core deposit. I receieved the swing arm a couple of days as described and everything intact. The deal was to send back my stock swing arm and then my core deposit will be refunded.

In the auction on ebay and through our conversations, he never mentioned me sending my heat metal shield back to him, only thing that he said was to send back the swing arm fully disassembled that was it. He told me that metal piece was about $50 to chrome but he is adding it as an incentive and NEVER mentiond that i send my stock one back to him.

I mean it is no big deal because i wasnt going to use the old one,but i called and he told me he received my stock swing arm but didnt get the heat shield to which i replied that that was never part of the deal. He then said he can't give me the refund for the core deposit until he receives the heat shield and i am like are you serious??

Okay fair deal refund me partial because i had plans with the money so when i send the heat shield you give me back the rest but he said no he can't. He even stated that if he refunds me, the money won't be instant anyway but told him well that is not what you told me before i bought it, you claimed paypal takes a couple of days to get back so what are you talking about..he said he is busy and hanged up on me and i was very very disappointed with that attitude.

A customer is always right so he could have done better in this regard, meanwhile i had let a buddy send his stuff to him and even told him which he appreciated so how he treated me was shitty. He hanged up the phone on me before i could even finish that he was busy..would he have done that if i was making a payment?? hell no, i been talking to him on and off for months and what he did was very rude. Will i buy or tell a friend about tricked out cycles?? Probably not, he got me very mad and disappointed with his poor customer service relations.
