Today, December 3, 2014, I was walking in the James Street in the City of St. Catharines that I saw a sign was posted in the sidewalk in front of Trillium College. The sign was clearly saying " One Hour Massage for $25'. I had some discomfort in my legs thus I decided to take the offer. 

I stepped in the office, a black guy 25 yrs - Davan took my information and sat appointment for 1:15pm to 2:15; he said that the Collage has capability to provide the best massage by senior students with supervision of the instructors.

At 1pm I was at 60 James street; I was shocked when I saw all students standing in the sidewalk and SMOKING. I hate smoking and it was a torture to pass hardly among them and step into the building. I sat in a chair at a very narrow hall in front of a room that was divided by several curtain & beds for massage; the room was not ready. Soon, a lady came and asked me to pay; I paid $25 under inv # 100641 at 1:11pm. 

Two female clients, one at her 20s and another in her 30s and I were waiting. A male client came paid $15 and wait. From 1:10 to 1:15pm; three students came and took those clients for massage. but 1:15pm has passed and no one shows, time pass 1:30pm no one shows. At 1:30, a  dark female, overweight, with glasses came and asked me to follow her. She didn't introduce herself. When I stood beside bed, I SAW she was EXTREMELY NERVOUS, her hands were shacking, she can't breath, can't talk normally and said " Sorry it is a while ..." and did not finish it; so I consider she meant that she was away from school, so did not had practice. I asked her how many clients she had so far; she said about 50 since last January. Soon, she left to wash her hand, and I did not see any hanger to put my dress, so I drop them all on the floor, and a basket. I wait but she didn't show; so I sat, I hear the toilet syphon than paper sound and then she came in.  

She asked me " face down" then I felt she was so nervous still, just walking around bed about 1 to 2 minutes, and finally she started few tough on my back, then again with excessive care pull the sheet down to my hips. I was very cold day with snow storm outside, now my back was getting cold, still she didn't started. Finally she found oil and start my left shoulder to waist about 7 to 10 minutes, then she did the right side about 3 to 5 minutes; and neck about 1 minutes ...then again it took about 2 to 3 minutes 100 to 200 seconds that she covered my back with towel and with Extreme care pushed the towel away from my left leg and and pulling bed sheets back & fort that I was confuse what she is doing. Finally she massaged it for about 3 to 4 minutes...then again covering it; moving to right leg first putting sheets away, with extreme care then about 2 to 3 minutes. 

While she was giving massage to my legs and my head was down, in sudden I felt a Storm of Dust at the room; the type of dust that spread during vacuum cleaning of carpet. I believe students were trying to remove sheets or for whatever reason, for sure the carpet "dusts' were not cleaned for months. 

Then asked me turn over by holding sheets up to her face. At this time, two Instructors came; she explained what she did; and they asked her a simple anatomy question; that she did not know the answer, and they LAUGHED and left (Which means there is NO serous education in this College). Then I SAW she was too concern about time that now I could see it, it was 2:10pm. I asked her what are you doing, why looking continuously to clock? She said that had appointment at 2;15 and it was the end of my massage. I told her it was not even 30 minutes; I paid for one hour massage that I was not happy at all the way I was served.

While I was leaving, I saw no one waiting at the hall. I intentionally sat for about 5 minutes; I saw a young girl that she was sitting beside me and a male student provide her service at 1:10 she came out and went washroom; so she had about 80 minutes massage. For sure this was double standard practice and discrimination. Thus, I felt contempt and robbery. Few hours later, I felt the worst LOWER BACK ACE that I never experience before that may be was due to major mistreatment that I notices; First, in that cold weather    

Canada has the worst standard in providing massage, and this is one of the sample.
