tronix country pope, brad, ieshia, kevin, pope is supposed to be customer advocate well this is bs he didnt help me at all i gat refurbished items ,a broken tv,not items they claim to have shipped!! former blue hippo a pope customer service rep ,lied about items i received,and i filed complaint with bbb they were not helpful !! n/a, Virginia

well my tablet was ok ,laptop refurbished keyboard does not sit correctly and left mouse control button sticks down,mp 3 player i didnt even use it was all plastic and so was the alleged hi def camera !! i made well over 30 calls and prob 40 emails and brad seemed to try and get items chaged out that is why i got 10 in tablet co claims they sent 7 in also ,but i never received it !!! then after 4 months of waiting for all items paid in full pope took over. at first he seemed to want to help but just blew smoke up my !!! he finaly would not return my phone calls and sent me a letter stating i received 7 in tablet and thats all he could do!!! i wanted to get a supervisor but pope claimed he was a high up as you can talk to in co,i said doi you own tronix country he sain no then i told him i wanted to speak to his boss which he claimed he had no boss ? impossible there is always someone that is at top of corp but they refuse to let me email or talk to anyone above pope!!
so her i am with a tv that has no upgrades and is the lowest model panasonic. sells a laptop that i have to pay to ship to hp to get repaired,a 10 in tablet that is also the lowest model kyros makes and a hi def camera ans mp 3 player still sitting in package waiting to be sent back for another tablet. but pope told me they would send shipping lable to return these 2 items, and as soon as they were inspected he would ship a 7 in tablet again with no way of knowing brand!!! he change his mind when he said i alegedly receive 2 tablets and no longer would return calls or emails and co claims they have no fax ?
please can anyone help this co got away with at least $600.00 scam as i looked up prices on all items that had model #s ! I dont know what else to do orter than loading all of this crap in my car and drive from nj to va and go into corp office !! but even then i would be told that i cant return items for my money back as they are getting away with store credit returns only ??
I was a store manager for the home depot for 17 yrs and there are laws in certain states that co must return customer in cash or refund credit card ? not sure if this is a loophole for tronix country to do this or if state is not aware of tronix country underhanded business!! thank you Dan
