Trout Mobile and Littleton Technology Group are both headed by Arlo Logozzo and Christian McCoy.  

I brought my cell phone in to have the cracked screen replaced.  What happened next was appalling.  After using navigation to find the location, I was told the location was actually new, and had no signage.  This is why I could not find the office, suite, or headquarters of this shoddily run business.

I made a complaint via Yelp which quickly escalated.  Christian McCoy blamed me and used other yelpers to intimidate me.  He offered me a discount which violates the Terms of Service of Yelp and which has been reported to Yelp.  He also wanted the make and model of my vehicle, and sent me messages that were not only unprofessional but harrassing.  Arlo Logozzo then sent me a threating messaging stating he would sue me for my post.

The two then filed numerous false Yelp reports for both Trout Wireless and Yelp, which as of today are still posted.  One post by Arlo Logozzo is directed at me and mentions me by name, and gives himself 5 out of 5 stars.  

These are the crooks of the wireless phone repair business.  While they could have offered and apology and a quick repair, they chose to escalate and intimidate.  Littleton Technology Group, Trout Wireless, Arlo Logozzo and Christian McCoy should be investigated by the State Attorney General of Colorado for their intimidation tactics, threats of lawsuits and defamation.
