First off we found Troy through a friend's friend who does Refinancing. 

We were going to do Modification to our homes and we contacted Troy. At first, he called us and did a lot and contacted us very often. Then he asked for money but in cash. We gave him the money in cash. He asked for a BUNCH of papers from us and kept asking for the same papers again telling us he lost them. 

After a while, we weren't able to contact him. We called from our cellphones but he wouldnt answer. Once we called from a friends phone that he didnt know, he would answer and hang up on us. He was fine until he got the money. Once he got the money he didnt contact us at all. He took $3,000 from us! 

Now, we are unable to contact him. We went to another lawyer and he said that there was nothing we couldnt do. But we do have papers stating we paid him. We havent opened up a case because of the large amount of money and time it will take. 

I called from a new number and he answered right away. If you call from a new number, he will defintely answer.! He's a big SCAMMER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not work with him. We lost so much money and it put us into a great financial crisis.
