We were recommended We went with Tru with the explicit understanding that we would not be charged over certain amounts to process VISA/MC/AMEX.  To be sure it was clear, we wrote in red letters the agreed upon amounts on the contract.  Clearly it was our mistake for listening and trusting Tru.  After a few months, when we noticed the overages we contacted Tru for resolution and were only given the run around by employees saying that anything written on a contract is not enforcable.  The owner (while calling me a bully) said we should have been paying closer attention to every single statement but made no amends to resolve the amount of overages we incurred.  His resolution was just to lower our rate and he stated that it was doing us a HUGE favor and we were not being agreeable by still requesting the funds to be returned.  So, our experience was just like the others on here reporting them.  I find it no surprise that this is the first link that comes up when searching for Tru Payment Processing after their website.  Ironically, when we cancelled the agreement we received has their own handwriting changing charges etc.  I am happy to provide anyone who is getting the same service we received the details and correspondence we received from Tru.

I am a business owner and I was blown away that I could find very few complaints online about itstru. Reason being, is they have a variety of different dba names (tru, truly360, tru Payment Processing & itstru) they use and do their very best to hide their true identity in an effort to avoid the negative online publicity! If you decide to do your own research on the company, you will see they have only ONE phone number for all their dba’s 877.878.1777 and no one will ever answer if you call.

The company’s legal business name is Matthew Focht Enterprises, Incand Matthew is the CEO and without a doubt is complete credit card fraudster!  This guy NEEDS to be fully investigated by the FBI for consumer fraud, financial fraud and for defrauding business owners out of thousands and thousands of dollars.

For anyone who reads what I just wrote and has been defrauded by this company then, please post something or file a complaint online with your local State Attorney General (it is easy & free).  It is just a matter of time before a class action lawsuit is brought upon these trufraudsters!
