rue Credit has been sending a "tape" under TrueCredit Link of me Credit Report to Barclay's Bank (Mastercard), stating a trans risk score of 682, due to extremely high balances on our two credit cards, with the exception of our mortgage. Paying off our CCs each month, we hardly have any balances due. To improve the score, it's advised that we show not more mortgage and installment loans. Have been trying since November 6, 2006 to get them to correct their false statements. Bank signed a waiver, that they are not responsible for True Credit's information, and according to Trans Union's Credit Report, who is affiliated with True Credit, the information from TransUnion is correct. True Credit receives the information from Trans Union.
Contacted AG's Office in Indiana (Trans Union), only to receive back a form letter explaining its Fico Scores. Also received my letter back from True Credit without any further explanation.
