True Dental Discounts Misquoted me and will not return my money paid to them. False information provided to me Lake Mary Florida

I had a quote from a dentist for a molar root canal of $l855.  I called True Dental Dis. and they quoted me a price of $612.00 which I thought was great.  When I went to my dentist, they told me it only cover 20%.  When I called them back to return my $25.00 registration fee and the $52.00 they took from account on June 4, they told me they would not return the @$25.00 one time fee but would return my $52.00 in four to six weeks.  It only took them two minutes to remove it from my account.  I called after the six weeks and was told I would receive it by July 31.  It has now been eight weeks and no money.  This company is a bate-and-switch and does not tell the truth.  I went to Liberty Dental where I received no lies and my cost was $525.00  They are a true Dental Insurance Company.  True Dental Discounts is not insurance company, only a company quoting discounts on dentist only and not enough discounts to call it a savings.
