Trugreen Won't let you cancel. Paid for treatments not ordered. pottsville , Pennsylvania

Our son had brain surgery last March, so I called Trugreen summer of 2011 to tell them we would have to delay next couple of treatments.  Then my husband called in fall 2011 to cancel service stating we could no longer afford the service.  However, to our surprise we came home one day this spring 2012 and found a bill for a lawn treatment.  We called trugreen and asked why and they said they had no record of my call to the company and they said my husband didn't cancel the service.  We asked them:  "If the lawn wasn't treated from fall 2011 to spring of 2012 isn't that proof it was cancelled".  Then she said that it said on our file that we may start up again in the spring of 2012.  We paid for the treatment but are reporting to consumer affairs and made it clear that they are to never touch our lawn again.
