TruGreen Deceives New Employee AND Customers Sarasota Florida

I worked for TruGreen for a brief period of time. I witnessed first hand their deceptive selling practices.

Their telemarketers are TRAINED to lie on each and every phone call. Some of the reps PROMISE that the customers account will be handled PERSONALLY by the rep and that if the customer has ANY questions or PROBLEMS that they can personally contact the rep.

This is BS. The rep only want s to make the sell. The rep is being recorded by management. Once the sell is made there is never any further contact between the rep and the customer.

I heard how many calls were made day after day of reps trying to win a customer back that had cancelled. Lots of burned lawns!!! Lots of promises made and broken.

These reps do not make a comission until they sell $4,500.00 weekly. Then they only make 3%.

I would rather scoop poop off lawns than work for TruGreen!!!
