Trulia TOTAL SCAM!!! Can't believe they are still in business!!! Nationwide

 Do not sign up with this company!! Biggest mistake ever, I was contacted by trulia via phone to talk about some advertising promotions they were having, and ended up talking me into a 200$ a month plan for 6 months, turns out a day later I started having buyers remorse so I looked up some info on this company and lo and behold every single review out there was horrible. Sensing I had made a mistake I called trulia numerous times to cancel and was met with rude, inconsiderate, hostile and snotty attitudes, I have never in my entire life have had this bad of customer service experience. Fortunely I had found out that ***if you send them an actual letter in the mail stating you no longer want services and mail it certified** they have to cancel your subscription, but you have to do it in certain timeframe after you sign up, I think it's 30 days but it does say in their terms of service policy. Well I found of a couple days ago they charged my account anyway, even after receiving my letter weeks ago. So I took all my copies I made of my letter and such and took it to my bank and explained what happened, thankfully as of today my account was credited back my $200. PLEASE do not do business with trulia all the Leeds I received were bogus and the advertising was subpar!!
