Truthfinder Inc I need to cancel this charge. What do you need from me to do this Internet

I sent this email below to 'help@truthfinder.com'. Why am I getting a response from Paypal and having to go through Paypal to get reimbursed. The reimbursement process through Paypal is not real easy either. I had to login and set up an account with Paypal to hopefully get started with the refund process. Even when I did that it seems the information I gave to sign up was not correct because when I did the purchase at Truthfinder.com I used my business information. I am not real comfortable with this at all. Should not “Truthfinder.com” be responsible for the refund?  See below. They were the dishonest ones, not paypal. This is kinda crazy. Is this site just a cover for paypal? I want my refund or I will go to extremes to expose this scam. It sure seems that way to me. Please respond.

I would like to cancel my membership that I signed on today and be refunded. I find your web site difficult, lacks information and just wants me to upgrade to stuff you said was there to begin with when I signed up. Most of the info you provide is wrong and inaccurate.

Complaint Review: Truthfinder Inc. Save yourself $18 and do not waste it on Truthfinder.com. Many of their links are broken disallowing you to cancel your subscription. In my case, after entering payment info, the link broke and did not bring me to the next step of creating an account. But they sure did bill my credit card right away!

I called the 800# and was told how to reset a password. That link was broken also and I was unable to submit a password.

Today I spoke with Sofia at Truthfinder.com. She gave me a temporary password so I could actually use the account.

Incredibly disappointing. information provided is very basic, if at all, and can easily be obtained for free on the web.

They post a box to the right of your search report which states:  PREMIUM REPORT and in-depth report on XXXXX(your search subject) is available and may contain the following Arrest Records, Sexual Offenses, Weapons Permits, Accidents, Foreclosures, Judgement & Liens, Bankruptcies, ...... COMING SOON"

So all the information you are seeking does not show up in the report. Of course the Coming Soon and Premium Buttons don't link to anything. This is a total rip off. Try cancelling your account. That link is broken too
