Truwest Credit Union Deceptive Advertising - Advertise rates for 0-63 months, but lowest rate only available for 36 months Phoenix Arizona

They advertise a low rate (1.84%) for auto loans on their website, for 0-63 months.

What they don't tell you anytime until they have run your credit report and you are ready to close is that the lowest rates are only available up to 36 months.  Even if you have excellent credit, the lowest rate for more than 48 months is 2.75%.  I consider this deceptive since you fill out the online form and there is no way to find out the "real" rates until they have already queried your credit score, which negatively impacts your score if you decide to go somewhere else.

Clearly a bait-and-switch.
