try hours Owner operator refused to pay for driving maumee Ohio

 I was working for try hours under a owner operator.  The owner said the lead driver was my boss and i was doing team driving in a straight truck. I drove for three weeks and decided to quit because it wasn't working out between me and the lead driver.  So a few week later i ask the owner operator when i will get pay. The owner told me i had to get hold of the lead driver. I tried texting and calling the lead driver but got no response.  So i talk to the owner about getting my pay and the owner said, "I already paid the lead driver and you have to get your money from the lead driver."  When I was on the road, the lead driver did give me money for food expenses and a bus ticket to home but i never recieved any else money after and the lead driver owns me quite a bit more. I never sign anything saying the lead driver was my boss just word of mouth by the owner. I think these owners should be held acountable for thier action
