TSP EAN TRAVEL US Tried to cancel when found out didn't book with hotel/this site is a SCAM/FRAUD and chgd us 3mos in advance!! Internet

We wanted to stay at the Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver, BC in May to visit our granddaughter.  Pulled up the Bayshore hotel and booked online.  Did not realize I was booking through anyone other than the hotel, until I called the hotel to ask why they were charging us so early, 28 days after booking and 2 months before arrival, in the amount of $938.17.  The Bayshore told us that we had booked with an online travel company and I was shocked.  They gave me the name TSP EAN TRAVEL US and I contacted them and demanded they cancel our reservations and refund the money.  The woman who answered the phone sounded Indian, and she cryptically told me there would be a cancellation fee of one nights stay plus the service charge of $9. + for booking the reservation.  I was seething and demanded they refund the entire amount, to which she replied "We will not it is in our cancellation policy".  As I was talking to her I pulled up their cancellation policy and it doesn't say exactly that.  Anyone could pull it up and read it.  So I called Amex and disputed the charge.  We just received a notice from Amex stating that TSP EAN TRAVEL US had refunded $658.72 but refused to refund the balance because of:  1.  Cancellation Policy (Wrong) and 2.  Partial Usage of Land and Air Package (Wrong).

My next step is to contact Amex and show them the many ripoffs reported by RIPOFF REPORT as well as
the cancellation policy.  This is a total SCAM and I believe FRAUD.  I'm also going to contact every hotel that allows their name to be associated with this company and tell them we won't stay with them as long as they do business with ESP EAN TRAVEL US!  I'd recommend you, the reader, do the same.
