Tucker logistics is a broker company for vehicle transportation, they follow a systemic strategy to conduct credit card cheating. They will tell the customer total cost for vehicle shipping, out of which about 75-80% need to be paid as cash on delivery to driver and rest through credit card to Tucker as their brokerage cut. They will take customer’s credit card details for the purpose of charging their share however they charge the whole amount including the COD amount that the customer would be paying to driver upon delivery of vehicle. After that when the customer contacts them for refund they will act as if it was a simple overcharging mistake and will promise the customer that they will issue a refund (either on the credit card or through Check) however customer never receives the refund. When one calls for a follow-up, they will make a story every time and promise to send the refund once again but they never will.
