The writing below implies that you as human beings and all you are is over-extended because you are not good enough to fast and be frugivores, and redirects your reading and writing assignments. 

Do you really think moving away will solve anything? He mentions detectives as being incompetent, which means he was under investigation. They'd probably even try to make leaving a crime. Let me ask you something- what would you do if you came home and found a woman climbing into your doggy door, then watched as she hopped (like an olympic athlete) 2 fences and ran into an awaiting car, pretend it was a maroon 2011 Altima-

you had a perfect description of her and the vehicle, so you call the Sheriff. The Sheriff laughs and asks if you "know who that was?" and refuses to take a report because you "don't know her name." Then, later, a detective from the Tucson police dept calls your work and asks to speak with your coworker. While on the phone with you, the detective actually asks if you find it odd that he'd be calling to speak with her-      

You do find it odd, but don't know what to make of it. Time after time, you come home to an unlocked home, the doors locked different than when you had left, or doors left ajar- animals let out, etc. Your papers are taken from your desk, or arranged strangely in their drawers in an order that you hadn't left them, like someone was trying to prove something- your identity, your personal property, your car title, gun registration, etc., etc., etc......

Now remember that the local LE wouldn't take a report- starting to see a theme here??? What would YOU do, assuming you have no idea what the investigation is about, what attorney would you hire? What would you do when you were called "crazy" just for trying to get help, from an unseen, unknown enemy? Also, I'd like your information about modern surveillance techniques, especially Tucson, Pima and local FBI, in-home, in-car and tracking of suspects across state lines. C'mon, you're the expert, I want to know!

When those who have misfortunately been hired for public office misuse their positions for vigilantism...shame on you.

I apologize to the Pima County community and the Tucson Police Force for not being able to remove more officers and detectives that have stayed far, far too long to serve anything but pride itself...pride is a function of truly, surely and very, very wisely and intelligently Hell.  Hell in fact.

Increase the transfer rate of those currently employed.

Stop goading and emotionally, verbally and in any other way insulting and assaulting member of the community, misusing the powers of your job to very, very wrongly, and often illegally hazing members of the community, so-called minorities, the elderly and those variously advantaged or disadvantaged enough not to buy into you brand of despicable, wicked, gluttonous and evil white trash sadistic tripe.

You are supposed to be an objective officer.  If you can't take writing from someone far, far more experienced and educated than yourself, then the Tucson Police force should reprimand you personally.

Again, so very sorry for the illegal and often heinous and despicable behavior of the Tucson Police and various mocking and utterly needlessly hazing security agencies here in Arizona.  The SWAT Team has proved more efficient by inspection...but not really better in some ways.

Police forces in the Netherlands, all of Scandinavia, China and in fact even Egypt outperform the Tucson Police Force and clearly.  Police in Thailand and Copenhagen are somewhat better but close to a tie.  French, Greek and sometimes Nepali Police are typically worse.  Read a well written magazine before defiling my overfed, insulting and frequently less than good adult Tucson Police Force again.

The Holland Police and City Inspectors often seem a world better.  They really treat all people like adults and I did not notice any type of fight or violence in month's of walking 500 hash bars and inspecting hundreds of prostitutes daily.  Not a single fight in months - anywhere.  They simply do not write and act as if they have no reserve of good feeling, respect for adulthood as long as reasonably socially acceptable behavior occurs.

Of course...that surely does not means it is really good...but it remains bitter, let-me-tell-you-this utterly sadistic and phony mostly white and Hispanic pride and social insecurity and authority problems that invariably results in the deaths of officers and wrongful arrest and  wounding and deaths of civilians. 

And no, I am simply more rightly inspired to efficiently solve these problems.

So very sorry for the apparently needless delay...in inspired attention and reasonable adulthood, good protocol and what passes for reasonable humility. 

Since you are so right and everyone else is wrong then leave Tucson and find somewhere else for yourself. Anyone who works for any of these agencies has a lot to deal with. Of course from your point of view "everyone is abused "blah, blah, blah. Wait till you have to be kicked, spit, punched or cursed just for doing your job! It is not the officers job to figure out who is guilty or not, it is only his/her job to enforce the laws (which you may claim to know about, but obviously don't.) You must be one of those "criminals have rights" kind. Well you are a fool. You obviously don't know what consists of a criminal, and when dealing with the same people over and over, you have to treat them a certain way to protect yourself. Why don't you try being a cop, before you go claiming to know it all.

Tucson has focused their time on homeless. There is shelters, and that's about all you can do. If someone chooses to live on the streets and do drugs, there is nothing after that point that you can do. The reason they aren't in shelters, is because they are not allowed to drink, or do drugs there. They don't want any rules and choose to be that way... Ask some of them. That's why when you give them food, they don't care. They don't want food. They want your money or alcohol.

You seem like a little dork with nothing better to do with your time. You sound like someone who has got caught to many times! And now feel that you are being harrassed by them. Forgeting you have robbed, beaten, or whatever else in the past. Of course you are labeled, look how you label them... For having degrees' you don't know much.

Why are you trying to dis-credit the tucson police, deputies, etc in any way? I do not believe you have seen any of this first hand, and if you have, it is because you were commiting a crime and were treated as such (a criminal) but believed you deserve better. All people who get arrested and commit crime claim to be unfairly treated and claim to be innocent. Unless you have worked on the other side (good guys side meaning the police) you have no idea what it is like to deal with people of that nature. Tucson is extremely under staffed in it's police force and unable to waste time "raping" people as you claim. Maybe you should go along on a ride along with a cop before you go making such bull crap alligations. It is a very demanding job working with complete idiots such as yourself who think you are owed something by law enforcement. Hopefully you will never have to call the cops and depend on them to save your life, cause in your eyes they are so busy molesting people, or being to incompentent to write a report for you..
