 I, Michelle Goodwin took my S-500 Mercedes benz to be repaired at the Tuffy's complete auto repair at 2204 Pratt ST. in Bellevue , Ne 68123, Twice for oil related problems to be told that all repairs were complete, and then a third time for Coolant problems. On each repair i was told that they were finished. On the last coolant repair i was told that all repairs where complete, each time that my car was repaired there i had to return with the same problem to be looked at again. On the last repair it took the car back on my birthday June 20th because my fan was not working on the car and it was working three days prior, that when this company repaired my coolant resoivor, i was then told that no one knew how to make repairs on this car, because there dianostics machines would not read my computer. So i turned to the owner Jim and asked him why i was not told this 3 repairs ago. Jim then insultes me with a $20 gift Certificate to Burger King and offered me a free tow. On the 22 of June will on a 20 mile drive to work my car engine caught on fire due to the car overheating and the leaking oil in the oil pan that was not repaired properly...In short in out of a vehicle, because a new engine for this car is $7000 to $8000 dollars....Have contacted Tuffy's Corp Office for help with matter and contacted the BBB.
