 We have spent a lot of money at this hospital and with this doctor and ER doctor and received nothing in return, that you would think you would receive for the money they charge except a bad attitude and threats that when we don't get answers from the ER who is the voice for the doctors when they're not in, that not only did Dr. Bulmer and the tufts administration think it was ok for everyone to ignore us when our dog is in critical condition but they think it's ok and offer no apology for their actions or the actions of their ER. Instead they take your money, then tell you if you don't like the way you're treated (with no calls back and a snippy attitude) that you should find someone else and fast because your pet is critical. Dr. Bulmer threatens you to find someone else in his email, he takes no responsibility that he didn't have our pet on a higher dose of a medication that most Doctors agreed that the pet needed to be on a higher dose even with kidney issues and he takes no responsibility. The hospital admin takes no responsibility and the ER department takes no responsibility. All that they do is take your money and do nothing that actually someone cheaper wouldn't tell you. They should be ashamed how much they charge for the fact that medications weren't added sooner (we found this out today from another doctor ) to the threats in email that if you get a snippy attitude in their ER then go find someone else as an actual cardiologist fast. They don't get back to ER calls, they don't fill prescriptions that they were all along, but they'll take your money.
