Attention before ordering sport equipment at TumbleAir (CEO Maciek Gregorski), you may never be delivered !!
The facts :
- AUG 3rd, 2015: We order Tumble Track and 6 rollable mats full payment in advance . The contractual delivery period was 30 days.
- November 10th, 2015 : Despite more than several reminders by phone + e-mail the equipment was partially delivered
- Jan 25th 2016: 150 DAYS later - The CEO personally answered "...I know this situation is uncomfortable but I ask you for understanding...."
Though there is No refund issued , on undeliverd goods, no date for delivery neither.
We kept for evidence all exchanges to protect ourselves from a defamation.
Unfortunatly We have to advise anyone to buy somewhere else!
