i am atourney woring for the government trying to shut down tupper baker for years but he seems to find loop holes in the laws to keep him self in opperations  ever sence his ill dealings with clayton homes in texas his scams and frauds have become more elaborate and now he has invaded knoxville tn with his scandalous ways his   company free mark properties which owns butterr nut trailler park and countless other is the biggest scam and froud yet and now he is going to pay dearly his employee tony baker of butternutt trailler psrk has been reportedly discriminized people who are on disability he has reported been seen sexually harassing women and doing unspeakable things in his truck whille he drives around in his trucks he  has also has tryed to exict anyone who complains in recent months there  have been out of controll kids which he has done nothing about 2 frends of mine that live at butternut have constantly complained about the kids and now they are on the verge of being evicted bcauses  of this he says that he has made dractic improvements to the park sence he took over 2 years ago he has also abolished his on rules and made new ones with out proper notice  when i toured the park i found violations in every shape of forms every trailer had violations in wich some were life threatening the park over all had violations my intention is to have tony baker tupper baker free mark properties and all assets seized and shut down and to make sure that tupper baker and tony baker will not rent own manage or operate another property for as long as they live dont not rent from tupper baker tony baker free mark propertyies and ther assoicated u will we took for everythinh
