Bob Rainek owns Turkey Creek, LLC which is from Wisonsin. He and his company have been advertising for workers in Colorado as well as the "lease purchase" of their Steam Train Hotel and Indiana Jones Bed and Breakfast in Antonito, Colorado.

Through Craigslist they have advertised for workers to come to the Steam Train Hotel trying to get work for plumbing, stucco and bricks as well as drywallers, etc. Once they agree on a price, then Bob won't pay the price once the work is completed or the worker puts in a draw. He starts harrassing them promising he'll pay them when in reality, IF he pays them, it will be when he feels like it. He also tries to give them less than the contracted price. And it doesn't matter if the contract is written or not. Bob doesn't seem to care. 

Then when it comes to management and the sale of the hotel, he has this Cliff Aragon which is a drugged up friend of his that he bought the hotel for. He said they have poured around $330,000 into the hotel and bed and breakfast however there is no way this can be. The place was gutted upstairs when they bought it for $95,000.

The only thing they did upstairs was some framing, put in fancy tile and tubs or showers and then the workmanship is so bad, it looks like an amature did it. That being said, the most you can find in the rooms are about $10,000 worth of anything and that's pushing it. There are only eight real rooms and one that is a common area. There's also a laundry room.

Well, if you take $10,000 which is generous, and times that by 10, you're pushing $100K. And the rest of the property is basically delapidated. There are wiring problems, water issues, ceilings caving in, black mold and the worst is Bob's drug buddy had used hypodermic needles all over the back apartment and garage areas.

The needles are infected with Hep C and my husband got stuck with one. Now - Bob won't admit the drug issues and threatens to "fire" people as well as throw out good deals if people mention the drugs.

Bob offers the Steam Train Hotel to the managers and says he will Lease Purchase the property to them and Cliff will be the contact person. He gets the managers to do the work, open the hotel and then stalls on the the lease. He insists that Cliff be involved even if the managers say no because of the drugs. This kills the deal and the managers leave because they don't want to be involved with Cliff.

Since we have been here, we kicked out Cliff and miraculously the drug traffic went away down to the building he claimed was his. Later, we found out that Cliff took that building owner for $20,000 for improvements that never happened. Another rip off from the association of these guys.

And even on top of all of this, Bob's daughter also shoots drugs. She is continually seen with blood on her chest, neck and arms from shooting up. Bob's friend Cliff has even told us he is sleeping with her (he is 56 - she is 24) and had a door which he would "close" which made it look like separate bedrooms when Bob came in to town.

This pathetic Bob Rainek, also is scum in Red Cliff Colorado where he apparently made contracts with older residents for pieces of land at $12,000 a pop and had contracts in place. When it came to payment, he offered them $6000 and then told them to sue him if they want the rest of their money. Cliff also ripped off a homeowner who wanted him to remodel his mother's house and gave him around $170,00 to do the job which never got done either.

Cliff Aragon is a known drug user in Antonito Colorado and Conejos County. Bob Rainek is his "friend." They look like derilicts, act like derilicts and walk like derilicts and you know what that means.

Bob Rainek also owns a place called RentMyIsland which is where he does most of his busines. People "rent" the island and vacation there. It's in the Florida Keys.

Bob Rainek is also a pilot.

So let's put two and two together.

Bob has a drug friend named Cliff. Bob is a pilot with islands in the Florida Keys. Cliff owns a property in Ortiz, Colorado which he cut down all the trees and brush so he could see the cemetery where drugs are dropped by plane.
