Hello, I'd like to clear this up as this "rip off" report is false and defamatory without just cause.  The customer Arturo Benavidez Jr. assumed that the software we were selling was not our own and that we simply collected it from the internet for free and then resold it.  I'd like to emphatically emphasize the word "assumed".  His report is false and based on assumption.  In fact the software which we sold NetTVPC or also known as GoggleBoxTV, was at the time sold for $15-$50 by other vendors around the internet with most pricing it higher in that price range.  We sold it for only $10, much less than our competitors, and we thought that is the worth of the software and we wanted to be competitive in the beginning which we were successful at.  Additionally before we even started selling this software, we had to buy the resell rights from the creator of the software who is SKS Services located in the UK and if you Google NetTVPC, you can see the page where they sell the resell rights of this software even today as of the writing of this rebuttal!  When we told Arturo Benavidez Jr. exactly this he dismissed it and came on here and wrote this false report.  It was a misunderstanding because the buyer thought that the bonus softwares we included, to give the customer more options and enhance their variety of programming, he thought was the main offering, which it was not, it was our GoggleBoxTV which we paid resell rights for, that's what he paid for.  The bonus softwares were just that, bonus softwares that you can find on the internet.  But because people were not aware of these, hence why they also bought our software in the first place, we decided to include them to over deliver to our valued customers on top of their purchase of our software for only $10.  Since this person would not acknowledge, that we had absolute rights to sell our software and it was not free, and that the extra softwares were bonuses, and while we were doing our best to deliver the most value for less, we got highly offended, and did not refund him which admittedly was not the right thing to do, even if we were right.  However months later we did refund him in full and sent him another email in good faith of which he did not respond.  In closing I'd like to say I've provided many details that validates what I'm saying here, go look it up yourself, it was a misunderstanding, but you didn't have to come on here and write my name twice in the headline to maliciously SEO my name like this over $10 and more importantly false accusations.  You really went over kill on this and to this day I wonder what kind of damages has resulted in you defaming my name.  Because I can provide proof, of everything I've said, I'm going to look into taking legal action against you for defamation, which today I don't know how it has impacted me by people googling my name when I tell them I'm in Internet Marketing.  The damages has just has come into light for me because when I recently got reaquainted with an old friend who is in the computer field as well, and who asked me what I do, and me telling him Internet marketing, all of a sudden started to act strangely and never called me back even though he was glad to see me and I was glad to see him the first time I saw him.  Now how would you like it if I made false accusations about you and just made up something here on rip off report as anyone can do with your name and SEO'd it for everyone to see?  And what if you also start experiencing damages like that?  I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like it as you probably didn't like me writing your full name here to show you you should be responsible for what you do.  You know I'm an honest person so admit it like a man.  Thanks for anyone who knows me and sees this rebuttal and if you think you know me in real life feel free to ask any questions about this will gladly show you.  I'm still upset about this report!
