Tvdvdworld.com - Tvaddicts.com Cheap DVD's with a side of BAD Customer Service Internet

I ordered the Adam West Batman seires on DVD back in June 2008, one copy. I got an e-mail saying that the order couldn't be processed. They recommended that I reorder it again. So I did, and got the same message again. Tried three times, then one order finally came through, then I recieved the set.

However I ended up getting three copies and got charged three times, paying $78.18 each! Each set came with a card with the e-mail address and a phone number. I tried calling them, but I never got a signal every time I called. Tried e-mailing them, but the e-mails never went through.

Finally three monts later I got three comfirmation e-mails, featuring a different phone number than the one supplied on the card, but the line was still dead! 6 months, and still couldn't contact them!

There's also the issue on the DVD's themselves. Some episodes on some DVD's wouldn't play at all. Believe it or not, with three copies of this, I tried all three of these sets on the same episodes, on the same DVD's, still wouldn't work, right down to the exact same spot on the discs themselves!

It's now been six months and still no relief in site! I've even went online to look at some customer reviews and complaints and found a lot of unsatisfied customers from tvdvdworld such as myself!

Let this be a lesson when you buy something from a website new to you, check some reviews and complaints from customers of these sites before you buy, best way is through a search engine like Google. You'll be glad you did!

I hope by filing this report, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. But for now, I urge you to stay away from tvdvdworld.com or tvaddicts.com! They are too cheap and irresponsible for the money!
