Two Drops of Beauty Feeling Ripped Off In Another Way GIlbert Arizona

So I probably should have written a report about this company a year ago but a recent incident has encouraged me to write about this. In October of 2011, I went into Two Drops of Beauty to treat myself for to Botox and Juvederm(which was upsold to me) for the first time. Botox because I started to see fine lines and wanted to prevent them from getting worse, and Juvederm to plump my lips a bit and fill in a chicken pox scar, I had right in the middle of my forehead. The chicken pox scar was not that bad, but it always bothered me since I was a kid so i thought maybe Two Drops could help me get rid of it.

I went in to Two Drops of Beauty to see what they can do. Shellie suggested I get a filler in my chicken pox scar to push it out. So i agreed to try it since it was something that always bothered me. Shellie injects the Botox in my forehead and then moves on to the Juvederm. She starts to inject me and under her breath she says "well thats weird". I asked her what she was talking about. She responds " I don't know, I have never seen a white flash like that." Thinking nothing of it myself, since this was my first time. 

So i get home, I look at my forehead and I notice it is turning red and purple. I was told that there may be a little bruising so do not be alarmed. I woke up the next morning and it was a full on scab right in the middle of my forehead! I called the front office later Friday night and Shari answers the phone. I told her what was going on and she replies in a snotty voice"that is normal you will be fine. We do not have any medical people on staff to see you today." So i thought maybe I am over exageratting, but I sent a picture to a friend just to check. She insisted I call back. By this time blood had dripped down my face from the scab and puss was starting to come up.

I call back and she answers again. This time I told her more persistently, what was happening on my face. So I guess this time she decided to inform her superiors about my symptoms. I get a call back from Marilyn who I believe is the owner or manager. She politely asks me my symptoms and asks me to text her a picture since the office is normally closed at that time. I sent her a picture and get a call back. She insisted I come in the office immediately and gives me some neosporin like healing cream, apologeticly refunds my money, and asks me to come back on Monday. She refunded my money only after I signed papers that I wouldn't sue them and said they would offer me free products to get rid of any damage this has caused etc etc. 

I am not the type of person to press charges against a company, or bad mouth companies etc.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt, since they were a newer company at the time, and agreed to do Fraxil with them. Slowly their promise of fixing the problem turned into only a certain amount of Fraxil treatments. Slowly I was treated like I was the one that caused them a problem. I am happy they refunded my money and financially I was not ripped off. But now the scar that was just a little chicken pox, is now a dent in the middle of my forehead that i may have to live with for the rest of my life. What ever was injected in my face ate away a little of my skin so it looks like maybe i got into an accident or something. I no longer feel comfortable not wearing makeup and I am no longer confident taking pictures etc.

So i finished my alloted Fraxil treaments which i was told was get rid of the mark on my face. Shari takes her pictures of the injury to have proof for there records. She goes out and shows Shellie the picture after my treament and I overhear Shellie say "Oh thats not that bad, it could have been worse". It could have been worse?!?!?! It should not have happened at all! Now I am going to a plastic surgeon to see what I can do further. I just do not want anyone to have to walk around with a scar on their face so I want to warn people to STAY AWAY!
