Twolive Customs LLC Ordered Shoes On-Line, Charged My Card, Never Delivered Internet

I purchased shoes on November 3, 2016 for my son. I received an email receipt and $125 was charged to my credit card immediatley. I was given a 3-4 week lead time. I emailed them mulitple times looking for an update and never received a response. On December 18th, I received notification that the shoes were sent to the USPS. No tracking information was ever avaialble. I have reached out to dylan@twolivecustoms.com multiple times, over 10,  and I have yet to have one response. This company has taken my money and after doing some research, I see they have done this to many others. The company is still advertising their custom shoes, telling people they will receive them in 3-4 weeks!
