tyj global/rotors of the rockies inability to comply ft luptin Colorado

While not condoning what tyj helicoptes was doing,  heres what they were not doing.  tyj was leasing their helicopters from one of their students.  this student was doing the maintenance on two of the copters.  one 300, and one ravin 2.  this individual had no business doing the maintenance on them.  although a quolified a&p mechanic,  the repetidly installed parts backwards.  I brought this up to him, and was dis-allowed to work on his aircraft.  the300 soon crashed in heavy winds, and ws destroyed.  basically, they had no money to fly.  it had no real students.  the pilot trainers, would barter theis training for flight time, then move on.  they had a sikorski but it shelled a fan unit, and they couldnt come up with another.  we stole one from one of the flight instructers, but they never got that one fixed either.  the sikorski went back to the bank.  none of the helicopters(while I was there) were maintained properly.  the head mechanic picked and choosed whar he wanted to inspect on the aircraft.. oftin, we found not rated people working on the aircraft.  I found that the major porting of the sikorski airframe had not been properly inspected and maintaned .  the excuse was oftin, that they had no money to buy the, or rent the tools to disassemble the aircraft.  nobody in the denver area would cash their pay checks.  the only bank that would, was the bank that the check came from,  but only if i opened an account, and had enough money to cover that check.  we disassembled a ravin 2 helicopter, for it's major inspection.  when I moved away several years laiter,  it waas still in pieces.  they needed to buy a new back cage assy.  about 3500 dollars.  and in two years,  they still couldnt raise that money.   as aa&p mechanic, my job was to ensure the safety of flight.  after reflection,  I  believe that none of these aircraft were really safe.  take that for what it is worth.  i still have my licence,  but I dont work with aircraft anymore.
