If you notice this case was filed in 2008 , but since then Mr. Long has started yet ANOTHER business, Northstar Advisory Group, which is also a scam and he formed this company in  direct violation of the court order that was filed against him in 2008..  

1. How is this man allowed to keep opening up businesses that scam people?  When he applies for his new business to get a license, doesn't anyone in the state of Georgia check his background and see all of the complaints and that he has a court order filed against him ?  HOW CAN THEY MISS IT?  I found this information in less than 5 minutes on Google... so I know this is all PUBLIC information that has been documented and reported.  

2. He has clearly violated a direct court order, so why hasn't he been charged or arrested yet?

3. Where does he keep getting the money to open up all of these so called businesses??  I found at least 4 different company names that came up when I searched under his name.   EVERY one of them has a complaint and/or a court case filed against him and the business.   If he is having his businesses shut down for FRAUD then who keeps investing money into his businesses? 

The purpose of my complaint is simple.. to make people aware of the fact that TYLER F. LONG IS SCAM ARTIST and they should NEVER to business with him.
