Purchased data from Mike recently and found out that it was all crap data.  Not only that, Mike had made up the source URL on the data along with the opt-in info.  I would NOT trust any data from him or trust him with any data.

First you say your name is James.  Then you say your name is Blake.  I still don't know who you are. Unless you provide your real name, company name and phone number I'm not sure how to find out what the issue is or even begin to resolve it.

Your data brokering is supposed to protect the buyer just as much as you protect your "publisher".  Your claims are unwarranted as you have mentioned to me multiple times that you will make things better but have yet to do so.  It's time for you to take accountability for your companies actions and your publishers fraudulent data.

Hopefully everyone here will start to realize that data brokers are just fraudulent brokers.  They will re-use old data and claim it as new and "fresh".  Regardless of whose fault it is, you're a liar, cheat, scam, and fraud.

You know EXACTLY who I am so nice try with pretending to not know me.  Mike, its time to move on from the data brokering and establish a legitimate business without relying on others and you just being a middle man.

Unfounded, Inaccurate and Anonymous

The only truth to this complaint is that TymaxMedia does provide data brokering services.  We act as an intermediary between our clients who generate data and our clients who utilize data in their marketing activities. We do not have any clients in Florida name James and we are unaware of any clients that are unhappy.  If this were an actual client, wouldn't they just pick up the phone and have a conversation?

It's unfortunate that anyone can make disparaging remarks anonymously online without having to provide their and contact information or any factual details what so ever. If the poster is willing to provide their real name and company information, we would be happy to address any concerns or issues. We work hard and take pride in doing our best to make every deal right, every time.
