This racket that Farhad Ansari is running with his franchise of U-HAUL run out of his Shell station located in Factoria (Bellevue), WA is nothing less than criminal.

All actions must be monitored closely or else they will take advantage of the situation thus illegally charging for extras and services that were never needed. Examples include cleaning charges, mystery "damages", & gas tank fill charges. All normally legitimate items that, if taken care of before return, is not charged to bill. In this specific U-HAUL, if you are not there to contest or monitor your return, you will be charged. Even if your part of agreement is met. This is especially true if dropping off the truck after hours.
