We hired U Messit We Clean it to do a top-to-bottom clean of our empty house. We also paid additional fees to have the windows and furnance cleaned. Cass sent us the bill -- (which was quite exprensive!) -- but we trusted that the agreed services had been completed at a high standard, and happily paid. 

Our property managers went to the house the next day after Mr. West was there. While they reported that the windows had been washed and some cleaning had taken place, they noticed a number of issues with the job. They sent us pictures of the kitchen counters, which were covered in a thick layer of dust. They noted that only some of the kitchen cabinets and drawers had been washed. They also sent us pictures of the closet which looked like it hadn't been touched by a vacuum or mop. In addition, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were covered in dust, and one of the bathroom sinks hadn't been touched. 

At first, we thought Mr. West had accidently overlooked these issues. We asked if he would come back to the house and finish up the job. He insisted that everything had been cleaned and that he would need to charge us another travel fee to come back to the house. We were not about the waste anymore of our money. Upon further research on the net, we found numerous reports of shoddy workmanship on the part of Mr. West and several other people who felt he had ripped them off. In short, we would not recommend U Messit We Clean It to anyone.
