U Star loan cash company Eric Smith Company telepjoned me to tell me how lucky I am to be granted a loan with reasonal payments and no hidden fees. And then they told me to protect myself I needed insurance which they would provide to cover unforseen hardships. San Francisco California

 When I told them that not only did I not have it, I would never agree to such a payment. He called that a cancellation which has a fee of $191.00 that they would deduct from my account without any authorization from me. I told him I may be poor but I am not stupid and would pursue it vigorously, as I know that the bank would handle it on my behalf as that is illegal. 

After being contacted by telephone, U Star Cash told me I was one of their lucky customers who had been granted a loan with a reasonable payment plan and no hidden fees.  And then he had another so-called supervisor inform me that as a way of protecting myself from any unforseen hardships I was required to pay an insurance fee of ten percent of the amount of loan. Of course I silently laughed, since the reason for considering the loan in the first place is the fact that I am in need of money. After I explained I could not, would not pay it, he immediately informed me that there would be a cancellation fee. I may be broke but I am neither stupid or passive.  So I will do whatever necessary should they pursue their threat.
