Nice scam just pulled by Bono & Co, who obviously need the money...Saw the pre-sale notice to purchase concert tickets prior to the general public on sale date this past Monday (1/9/17), and happily signed up. I couldn't have cared less about the free gift with membership, just wanted priority access to purchase Gen Admission tickets.

There was NO mention whatsoever about the TWO separate classes of priority fan club members (Day 1 (Red Hill) or Day 2 (Wires)) at ANY point during the sign-up process—I have no idea if it was mentioned in the fine print, but I guess I should have looked more closely. Stupid me—I trusted my favorite band. Then yesterday, as I was getting ready to sign on for the pre-sale, I saw the Day 1 and Day 2 pre-sale disclaimers—and only then realized I couldn’t purchase tickets—well after I forked over my $50.

And of course today, when I signed on exactly at 9 am to try to get GA tix, none available. Tried for a solid hour straight. Plenty of $280 tickets available, which I had no interest in ONLY because they’re so far away from the stage—I would have happily paid $280 for GA field seats! Of course, within minutes of yesterday’s pre-sale, hundreds of GA tickets started magically appearing on various ticket broker sites.

Congrats on scamming what I assume are hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. You guys really need the extra $50 I suppose. Hope you choke on it.
