This company just took it upon themselves that I would okay such an outragous offer online and said I approved it online/onphone I did no such thing, I would never, never allow people to scam me and take my money I do not have. I hate these people they said they would refund my money in 4 to 10 days today is Tuesday, December 29th and I have to see my money refunded back to me. The lady just kept saying they would never take money out of an account without me first approving it onphone/online, like I said no-way I am pissed off. These types of people need to be stopped once and for all. Too many people out there are getting scammed. If there is anyway you all can help me with this then please do so. I want them taken care of out of business, in jail, fined and subject to public humiliatation.

I am an employee with Consumer Benefit Services, Inc., located in Naperville, IL. Cbsi designs and customizes discount benefit membership programs for separate third-party businesses. We solely provide the discounted services to the members registered in the program(s) owned by the third-party businesses.

The third-party businesses provide the program(s) to their customers as an added benefit or they market their private labeled program(s) to their customers as an opportunity to join their club. The customer service representatives in our call center only answer in-bound calls placed by members who are attempting to use the discounted services offered within their program. Cbsi does not bill, solicit or telemarket any programs to consumers.

United Benefit Advantage is not an independent business, but is a discount membership program that third-party businesses offer to their customers.

We want to ensure that all of your issues are resolved as soon as possible. If you were unable to resolve this matter, please call us at 1.888.255.4989 and a representative in our customer service call center will assist you and verify the status of your membership. At that time, our representative can determine the third-party business responsible for registering you into the United Benefit Advantage program and will connect you with them to address your complaints directly for further resolution.
